    Coconut Ice

    Easy Coconut Ice

Chris and I have always loved coconut ice. Whenever we visit the coast, we always make a point of wandering around the sweet shops to find homemade fudge or coconut ice. I honestly never realised just how easy it is to make at home though.

    Muffins

    Basic Muffins

What could be nicer than warm classic but basic muffins in a napkin on the morning breakfast table? And they are so quick and easy to make, particularly since the ingredients are only lightly mixed, not beaten smooth.
