KAI ORA: Anne makes roast titi, oysters, baked swordfish, crayfish for Dale Husband & Ruia Aperahama

Anne cooks a poultry and seafood feast: Roast titi bird (muttonbird) with kumara and watercress, steamed oysters in the shell, baked swordfish, Maori potatoes and Kamokamo, and baked crayfish for dessert.

Fresh, unadulterated fare, mixed with fabulous music and eclectic guests are the essential ingredients for KAI ORA, a cuisine show on The Food Channel and Maori Television.
