BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN ROULADE

Made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE — #CookingAtHomeWithNewZealandCreamery

Ingredients for stuffing:
– 1 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 1/2 cup CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 1/2 cup Onion (half, diced small)
– 2 tbsp Garlic
– 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced thin)
– 2 tbsp tarragon

Ingredients for the Roulade:
– 2 tbsp CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 2 pcs. Chicken Breast (butterfly cut)
– 12 strips Bacon
– 1 tbsp Tarragon
– Salt
– Pepper

Ingredients for the Sauce:
– 2 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
– 1/4 cup Onions (sliced)
– Bacon
– 1 tbsp Tarragon
– 2 tbsp White Wine
– 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
– Salt
– Pepper
